A new four-story hotel is going to be open for business in Redding this Monday.
Homes2 Suites (H2S) by Hilton will be located at 5184 Caterpillar Road, H2S says that they are owned and developed by BMV Hotels Group, LP, and features 92 guest suites.
“We are so excited to bring this wonderful Hilton brand to Shasta County,” said Dennis MacDonneil, General Manager. “The need for more extended stay rooms is very strong for this region. It will be our honor to provide them to our guests. We are also excited to bring a North State flair to our valued Hilton Honors guests.”
H2S says that their 92 full and junior suites will feature complete kitchens. Other amenities include electric vehicle charging stations, a 24-hour fitness center, a pool and patio with a fire pit, and two gas grill BBQs for their extended-stay guests to use. There will also be a meeting room for smaller gatherings.
H2S will be close to attractions like the Sundial Bridge, the Sacramento River Trail, Shasta Lake, Whiskeytown Lake, Mount Shasta and Mount Lassen. H2S will also be in close proximity to local restaurants, Shasta Regional Hospital, Mercy Medical Center, and Redding Regional Airport.
