BBQ Fundraiser at the Rio Dell Volunteer Fire Department for Injured Tree-Falling Accident Victim
A BBQ Fundraising event will be held at the Rio Dell Volunteer Fire Department on December 4, beginning at 1 p.m.
The fundraiser will benefit Brian French, an eight-year volunteer at the Mad River – Ruth Volunteer Fire Department and his 11-year-old son. Brian was seriously injured when a tree he was cutting landed on him at the end of September, causing a severe brain bleed. Brian has pulled through, but the lasting effects of the brain injury are unknown at this time.
The fundraiser organized by Michaelle Hadey will feature a dinner with BBQ chicken and tri tip along with sides for purchase. Draft beer will also be served.
A silent raffle will be held. Tickets can be purchased at DJ’s Burger Bar, Grundmans, Big Mike at Forbusco and the Kettenpom Store pre-event or at the event the day of.
Raffle tickets are $10 each or 3 for $25.
Grundman’s has generously donated a “Savage Axis Creedmor 6.5 Bazooka” Camo Rifle for the raffle.

how do you raffle off a gun. What if you win and you don’t pass the background check

If you win the gun dealer holds the gun and you go through the normal process. If you don’t pass you don’t receive it. So don’t worry
And if your not able to have guns don’t enter lol
Then the prize goes to the 2nd place winner…
