Tulsa police arrested a woman accused of firing shots at a home.
Around 10 a.m. Friday, a caller reported shots fired near Pine and Peoria. The caller stated that Quinteisha Rice was driving a white Chevy Impala and fired a shot at them.
Gilcrease Division Officers said they were familiar with Rice and immediately went to her apartment and found her vehicle parked in front of it.
Officers said they went to the scene and gathered information while Rice came out of her apartment and surrendered. The suspect admitted to going over to the home on Pine and Peoria and said she was upset "they wouldn’t let her see her kids."
But, she stated she didn’t have a gun and didn’t shoot at anyone.
Patrol Officers completed a search warrant and served it on the suspect's apartment. Officers said they recovered a 9mm firearm described by the victims along with a spent cartridge casing in the suspect’s vehicle.
Officers said Rice was booked for shooting with intent to kill and possession of a firearm while under DA supervision.
