The Salvation Army will be hosting the annual drive-thru Thanksgiving Community Lunch on Thursday.
The meal includes turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, cranberry sauce, roll, pie, and soda.
Last year, over 500 Thanksgiving meals were provided through the drive-thru.
Anyone interested in receiving a free Thanksgiving meal just needs to pick up their ticket at the front desk at The Salvation Army (4300 E Paisano) from 9 AM to 6 PM.
Girl Scouts Troop 61229 will be on volunteer duty, serving Thanksgiving meals as they’ve done for the last two years.
Team Red, White & Blue will volunteer to help prepare the big holiday meal. Volunteers are always needed to help during the holidays. Anyone interested in volunteering may call 915-544-9811.
