Oregon graduate student Mona Jones on ‘Finding the Joy’ in babies, children and capybaras

Finding the Joy is OPB’s series of interviews asking Oregonians what they find funny, what gives them joy, and to describe a person or thing they take inspiration from.

Mona Jones is a self-described “recovering comedian.” She is currently a graduate student studying couple and family therapy. She says capybaras are inherently funny —they have resting grumpy face. Jones finds joy in fat babies, and is inspired by herself.
