OSHKOSH – By the end of the year, downtown boutique Moss + Grant will close its physical location.

Moss + Grant, 428 N. Main St., opened in early 2021 with jewelry, décor and clothing for women, men and children. Owner Elizabeth Wolk's goal was to bring small suppliers to Oshkosh to give the community different products.

On Nov. 14, the shop announced on social media that the downtown shop will not renew its lease and will close Dec. 31, unless inventory sells out sooner.

"This was not an easy decision to make, but we believe it to be the best decision for us at this time," the posts read. "I thank all of you who have shopped and supported Moss + Grant from the beginning, as well as our new customers."

Wolk did not return requests for comment, but, according to the posts, the shop will live on with its online store, mossandgrant.com, which will focus mainly on jewelry and accessories, with a few women's clothing items.

For the rest of the year, the shop will announce clear-out sales on its Facebook and Instagram pages, which can be found by searching "Moss and Grant" on those sites. Additionally, fixtures and display pieces are negotiable through Wolk, according to the shop's Facebook page.

Gift cards will be honored until the shop closes.
