Female Intruder Found in Homeowner’s Bed

Westchester, Los Angeles, CA: A woman was in custody early Monday morning by Los Angeles Police Department’s Pacific Division officers after a homeowner called police stating an unknown woman had broken into her home and was in her bed.

The incident unfolded shortly after 1:50 a.m., Nov. 21, on the 6500 block of Bradley Place.

The homeowner barricaded herself in her bathroom and used a security camera feed on her cell phone to direct officers to the suspect.

The suspect was taken into custody after officers made entry without incident.

No known weapons were discovered.

The suspect appeared to be possibly under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. It was unclear how the woman made entry into the victim’s home.
