PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — This year marks the 50th anniversary of one of the most influential city plans in Portland’s history.
The “1972 Downtown Plan” created a vision that helped Portland become an international icon for urban planning.
AM Extra was joined by professor Ethan Seltzer with Portland State University to tell us more about this historic plan, and its influence on the city.
