Katie Holmes is known for her effortless, girl-next-door style – but she’s not afraid to add an attention-grabbing accessory into the mix. Case in point: Chloé’s eco-conscious Nama sneakers, which she wore while out in New York with boyfriend Bobby Wooten III.
The colourful trainers, which are made from recycled mesh and Leather Working Group-certified suede, are the latest addition to Holmes’s sustainable footwear collection. In fact, the actor also owns the style in white and beige, and wore the brand’s Joy clogs several times over the summer.
For a self-confessed “jeans girl at heart”, Holmes also decided to switch it up on the trouser front, opting for a pair of beige A.P.C. Jane Birkin cargo pants, which she teamed with a denim shirt and tote bag slung over her shoulder.
When attending the Chloé show in Paris last week, Holmes explained her approach to sustainable fashion: “My personal style is pretty classic… I tend to have a few good pieces and re-wear them.” It’s an ethos we would all do well to live by.
