Paris, Tenn.–Business owners and their staff from the Downtown Paris Association met Thursday morning at City Hall to finalize plans for the upcoming “Downtown Unwrapped” Christmas Season. The group will kick off their Holiday Season with “Christmas Open House” November 4-6.
