It would seem that your best bet is to simply keep an eye on your local Burger King's hours and plan around that if you want to satisfy your Whopper craving before Thanksgiving dinner.

Maybe employees could answer the question about whether Burger King is open or not on these holidays.
One Reddit user in 2020 asked if Burger King was open on Christmas and one employee claimed that they were closed on both Christmas and Thanksgiving. Another user on r/UberEats even noted that Burger King is closed for Thanksgiving in their area but open on Christmas. It would appear that even the employees can't give you a straight answer as to whether all Burger Kings are closed or open on Thanksgiving.
If you are preparing to enjoy a Whopper for a Thanksgiving snack to offset all that turkey and gravy, it's suggested you keep an eye on your local Burger Kings. If not, at least you'll have plenty of leftovers to hold you over until they are open again.
