Hoefling Truck and Tractor Sold to H&R Agri-Power

A report from the Washington Times Herald says that a long-time Washington family owned business has been sold.  The Times Herald reports that Hoefling Truck and Tractor has been purchased by H&R Agri-Power.  Hoefling’s opened in 1941 and for many years operated on South Meridian in downtown Washington before moving to its current location at the I-69 interchange on Washington’s east side.  H&R Agri-Power is a employee owned corporation with 19 locations in six states.  The Times-Herald report says that Dan Price will continue as store manager, Mark Frette as parts manager, and Mike Cibak as service manager at the local business.  The local site will begin to transition to the H&R Agri-Power brand in the next few months.
