Police: Man turns himself in for Ulster County rock assault

Police say a man surrendered to authorities on Wednesday for assaulting a person with a rock in Ulster County.
David Underhill-Hval turned himself in Wednesday for an assault that happened back on Sept. 3.
Authorities say Underhill-Hval was at a residence on Dymond Road when he violently assaulted someone by striking that individual in the head numerous times with a rock.
Underhill-Hval now faces several charges.
