Loading hose back onto a unit is not a one man task.

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Crews with the La Follette Fire Department have been going through the tedious task of hose testing this week.

A lot of space is needed to check hoses.

“Our men tested hose after hose on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. We finished up yesterday afternoon,” said LFD Chief Jimmy Pack. Pack explained that maintaining the hoses is a top priority.

Hose testing ran until lunch time Wednesday as Unit 105’s hoses were all tested.
