A Jude Bellingham masterclass helped Borussia Dortmund thrash Sevilla in Group G of the Champions League this evening.

Bellingham, who was captaining Dortmund aged 19 years and 98 days, scored one and set up another as the German side maintained their grip on qualification for the knockout stages.

Raphael Guerreiro  put the Germans in front with a powerful strike from 17 yards from a Bellingham cross, before the England man turned scorer just before half time.

The midfielder angled a shot into the far corner on 41 minutes after a superb run into the box to become the youngest captain to score in a Champions League match and the first teenage midfielder to score in three consecutive Champions League games.

Karim Adeyemi made it 3-0 before Youssef En-Nesyri pulling one back for Sevilla, but Julian Brandt's glancing header in the 75th minute made sure of the three points for Dortmund.

Sevilla boss Julen Lopetegui, who seems certain to become the new Wolves manager, was sacked after the game, saying he had been told of the club's decision before the match.

The result leaves Dortmund second to Manchester City in the group with six points from three games, with Sevilla third with one point.
