Remembering the Queen of Country. Loretta Lynn was born in Butcher Hollow, Kentucky, in 1932. She died yesterday in her sleep at her home in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee. Lynn earned multiple gold albums over the course of her nearly 60-year career. Her hits included "Coal Miner's Daughter" and "You Ain't Woman Enough." She became the first woman named Entertainer of the Year by the CMA in 1972. Details about a memorial service are expected in the coming days. M&M is revealing a new candy. The company made the announcement with a video, showing a purple peanut M&M joining the gang of classic characters like Red, Yellow, and Green. 'Purple' is the company's first-ever female peanut M&M and the first new character created for the first time in a decade. The character reveal comes after a partnership with Lil Nas X was announced, featuring limited-edition M&M packaging and candies that have butterflies and hearts.

The world's biggest bobblehead is now standing outside a discount closeout store in Pennsylvania. It stands at16 and-a-half feet tall. The bobblehead was unveiled last week outside the Harrisburg flagship location of the Ollie's Bargain Outlet chain. The company unveiled the bobblehead of the chain's mascot Ollie in celebration of its 40th anniversary. The towering Ollie is more than a foot taller than the previous Guinness World Record-holding bobblehead that Florida-based Applied Underwriters unveiled in 2016.

Another piece of Beatles memorabilia is on the auction block. A legal document signed by John Lennon on the day of his murder is going up for auction. It gave permission to a designated person to vote on his behalf during The Beatles' annual meeting with Apple Corps Limited.  Lennon signed it hours before he was hot outside of his New York apartment in 1980. Auction house Gotta Have Rock And Roll is listing the item today at a starting bid of 30-thousand dollars. The document is expected to sell from between 50-to-70-thousand dollars.

And, finally, Oregon State University has created the fastest bipedal robot in the world -- and its name is Cassie. Last week, engineering students unleashed their star robo-athlete onto the school's track......where it ran a 100-meter dash in just under 25-seconds. While that might not be faster than an average human, it's the fastest pace a two-legged robot has ever accomplished. Cassie also made headlines last year when it ran a five-K in 53 minutes. Students at the University say "Cassie has been a platform for pioneering research in robot learning for locomotion" and while it may be the first robot to learn to run, it won't be the last.
