Multiplying Good Pittsburgh’s goal is to cultivate the next generation of servant leaders in southwestern Pennsylvania. The organization recently announced the inaugural Pittsburgh class of ChangeMakers — community leaders who have demonstrated a commitment to service and the potential to truly move our community forward.

Among them is Debra Titus, entrepreneurial education coach at Penn Hills Charter School of Entrepreneurship.

The 2022 Pittsburgh ChangeMakers class kicked off with an orientation and networking event in August at Ascender in East Liberty, followed by a reception at BrewDog for each of the honorees and their guests. Throughout the fall, ChangeMakers will work both individually and as a cohort to raise financial support for Students In Action, Multiplying Good’s flagship youth leadership development program that uses service-learning to prepare students for their futures.

Each month, the ChangeMakers will participate in volunteer, community and other networking activities to raise awareness for Students In Action and inspire the community to do their part. The program will culminate in December with a celebration event recognizing each of the honorees with a Jefferson Award, as well as celebrating how they have to made a difference across our Greater Pittsburgh communities.
