Three years in the making, the Star Wall will come to life October 16 when 28 inductees are honored with a star that will eventually be placed on a wall at what is now Lancaster Middle School.
Doors will open at 6 p.m. and the ceremony will begin at 7 p.m. at the Lancaster Middle School Theater, 191 School Street, Kilmarnock. The 28 inductees will receive a framed certificate in a ceremony that will include a red carpet entrance along with Northumberland High School ROTC students as escorts, reported Kilmarnock Museum president Carroll Lee Ashburn.
