Coronation Street spoilers follow.
Coronation Street's Max Turner will have to answer to the police in upcoming scenes after some shock accusations are made against him.
As part of a school displacement, Max conducts an interview with his new Iraqi friend Daryan.
David and Shona are disappointed when Mrs Crawshaw tells them that Max, who's currently in a Pupil Referral Unit, can't return to Weatherfield High because there are no places available.

When he discovers Daryan is starting at Weatherfield High, a devastated Max accuses him of stealing his place.
Later in the week, Maria is unsettled to find some disparaging comments left under an online article about her rehoming of refugees. She then shows them to David and Shona, pointing out a comment that gives away where she works.
David goes home and asks Max if he can use his laptop, but when Max refuses, David grows suspicious.
When Maria says her home address has not been revealed, David tells Shona he believes Max is behind the trolling as revenge over Daryan getting into the school.

David decides to confront Max about the situation and gets the police involved, but Max denies having anything to do with it.
Later in the week, Max completely blanks David for having him interrogated by the police.
David tells Shona that the truth will come out once the police find out what's on Max's laptop and Max rows with David for not believing in his innocence.
David then takes a call from the police informing him they're coming round to talk. What have they found? Is Max really behind this?
