The Atlanta Hawks open up their 4-game preseason schedule with a pair of games against the Milwaukee Bucks halfway around the world as the two teams will play in Abu Dhabi on both Thursday and Saturday.

Atlanta Hawks GM Landry Fields joined John and Hugh live from Abu Dhabi and discussed what he's hoping to learn about the team in the two games against the Bucks.

"We're hoping to get everybody gelling in real basketball. We haven't played anybody yet, only ourselves, it's out first look at our group and where they're at," explains Hawks GM Landry Fields. "As long as we get great awareness that's an accomplishment and how we're going to approach the rest of the season. For us it's about going into this preseason creating good habits and giving out best effort that hopefully facilitates into winning basketball."

After facing the Milwaukee Bucks twice in preseason action in Abu Dhabi the Hawks will be returning stateside for a pair of road games in Cleveland and New Orleans to wrap up the preseason schedule.
