Common Council Approves Application for Restore NY Grant

Dunkirk Common Council members on Tuesday passed a resolution authorizing the city to apply for a grant of up to $2 million through Empire State Development's Restore New York program. DeJoy adds that the city should find out by December whether it will receive any funding. A public hearing on the project is scheduled for 4:00 PM today at City Hall in the Mayor's Conference Room.
