THE AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY FOUND A 43% DECLINE IN OVERALL DEATHS FROM BREAST CANCER OVER THE PAST 30 YEARS. BUT THE STUDY ALSO REVEALS TROUBLING RACIAL DISPARITIES. BLACK WOMEN ARE DYING FROM BREAST CANCER AT A RATE 40% HIGHER THAN WHITE WOMEN.
