Dover's Asia restaurant closing after 52 years realizing a dream

We can feel the fall, and some days, even a winter chill, creeping in. Don't waste a minute and get out there this weekend to get your fall on. There's Brewfest on Saturday that benefits the Prescott Park Arts Festival and the first Full Strum Festival to enjoy. 'A great run' for Asia Restaurant, 52 years long

The family-owned Asia Restaurant in Dover will close soon, 52 years after immigrant Lin Chung “Jimmy” Wong believed in his dream and opened it in 1970. He and his children, who now own and run the restaurant, lived that dream for decades through hard work and determination. Read their inspiring story and what's coming next.

Don't miss Brewfest at Cisco Brewers this Saturday

Cisco Brewers Portsmouth on the Pease International Tradeport will be the site of this year's Brewfest on Saturday, bringing 50 regional brewers together to benefit the Prescott Park Arts Festival.

Brewfest has a reputation for bringing together the region's best brewers for a good cause. This year, more than 50 brewers will be at Cisco Brewers Portsmouth on Saturday afternoon to raise support for the Prescott Park Arts Festival and the Master Brewers Association's scholarship fund. First Full Strum Fest at Smuttynose Brewing 

As part of its new Be KIND initiative, Smuttynose brewing in Hampton has released two new beers in its Kind series, Hazy Kind IPA and Double Kind DIPA, to join its iconic Finest Kind IPA. Smuttynose plans to work with several local nonprofits as part of the new initiative.

It's a weekend of beer, food trucks and country music at the Smuttynose campus in Hampton. The first Full Strum Fest offers great music outdoors in a beautiful setting with lots of local food trucks to try out.
