The Mega Millions jackpot for Tuesday’s lottery drawing has increased to an estimated $380 million, with a cash option valued at $198.2 million.
The winning numbers were: 15, 18, 25, 33 and 38. The Mega Ball drawn was 25 with a Megaplier of 2X.
No one across the country hit Friday’s $355 million jackpot. There were also no second-prize, $1 million tickets sold.
In New Jersey, a pair of third-prize tickets matching four numbers plus the Megaball were bought for Friday’s drawing.
A ticket sold at 777 Food Store on Haledon Avenue in Haledon was purchased with the Megaplier for an extra $1 and is worth $40,000 while one bought at Constanza Mini Market on State Street in Perth Amboy is valued at $10,000.
Friday’s winning numbers were: 16, 26, 37, 40 and 51. The Mega Ball drawn was 6 with a Megaplier of 4X.
The odds of a $2 ticket matching all the winning numbers are 302,575,350 to 1. Players have a 1 in 12,607,306 chance of a ticket matching five numbers but not the Mega Ball and winning at least $1 million.
Mega Millions drawings are held on Tuesday and Friday in 45 states, along with Washington, D.C., and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Wednesday’s Powerball jackpot is worth an estimated $353 million with a cash option of $185.6 million.
