MPD charges 3 teens in connection robbery, assault in Southeast DC

WASHINGTON, DC (7News) —
MPD has arrested three teenagers in connection to a robbery that occurred on Thursday, Sept. 8 in the 3200 block of Stanton Road, Southeast.

At approximately 7:19 p.m., MPD says the three suspects approached a person, assaulted them and took their property. The suspects then fled the scene, MPD said.
MPD on Monday arrested and charged both a 16-year-old boy and a 14-year-old boy, both of Southeast, D.C., in connection to the crime.

On Tuesday, MPD arrested a third teen, a 16-year-old boy, of Southeast, D.C., for the same crime.
