(WBBM NEWSRADIO) — A 41-year-old man has been charged in federal court with intentionally damaging a Planned Parenthood clinic, prosecutors announced.
Michael Barron, most recently of Chicago, damaged the Planned Parenthood facility on June 5, 2021 because it provided reproductive health services, the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Chicago alleged.
An arraignment date has not been set.
If convicted, Barron faces up to a year in prison.
