A 39-year-old woman died in a 2-vehicle crash in Newberry Township, the York County Coroner’s Office announced Tuesday.

The crash was reported around 9 a.m. in the 700 block of Old Trail Road, Newberry Township police said. A 2017 Toyota Corolla was speeding while driving south on the road when it crossed into the northbound lane, colliding with a 2013 Jeep Wrangler.

The conditions of the injured people were not reported by officials.

An autopsy for the woman is scheduled for Wednesday morning, according to the coroner’s office. Her name will be released pending the autopsy results.
