Doctor Who star Sacha Dhawan has opened up about souvenirs he took from the set of the show.
The actor, who plays the latest incarnation of The Master on the BBC sci-fi series, has spoken on bowing out as the villain as Jodie Whittaker's era comes to an end.
Speaking to SFX for their upcoming Halloween Horror Special, Dhawan was asked about whether he was able to take anything from the set, revealing: "When I finished filming, as a parting gift they gave me all my costume, with a lovely pocket watch attached to it as well.

"They also gave me the tissue compression eliminator – all the stuff that I was going to steal!" he added. "So that's one bit of history that I've got to myself, that's locked away in a cupboard somewhere. I do wear it secretly at weekends!"
Whittaker's final episode, called 'The Power of the Doctor', is due to air this month, and will see the 13th Doctor regenerate into the 14th (played by Ncuti Gatwa).
Teasing the special, Whittaker recently told Empire Magazine that it will be "one for the Whovians".

"It's a huge treat if you're a proper fan," she said. "It's got all the iconic things that you associate with Doctor Who. It's massive."
The actress also revealed that her regeneration scenes, which were shot in one take, "wraps up my Doctor beautifully".
Meanwhile, incoming (and returning) showrunner Russell T Davies has opened up about Gatwa's "thunderbolt" audition for the Doctor.
"I'd watched him on screen, and thought I had the measure of him, until he walked into the room for the Doctor Who audition. Bang! Thunderbolt," he recalled to Time Magazine.
SFX's upcoming bumper Halloween Horror Special of SFX is out on October 5. Doctor Who's next special premieres in October 2022 on BBC One in the UK. In the US, the show airs on BBC America, with series 1-12 available on HBO Max. Classic Doctor Who streams exclusively on BritBox in the UK.
