Breslin Realty has announced the signing of a long-term lease with Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop in Hauppauge, NY.
Capriotti’s will be occupying approximately 1,700 square feet in the Hauppauge Shopping Center at the intersection of Route 111 and Route 347 in Hauppauge, New York.
Capriotti’s is a national franchised sandwich restaurant chain, with take-out, table seating, and catering options. There are currently over 170 Capriotti’s locations across the United States. This will be the company’s first Long Island restaurant.
Capriotti's specializes in cold, grilled, and vegetarian hoagies or submarine sandwiches. Each restaurant roasts whole turkeys for 12 hours nightly, hand pulls meats, and makes their own meatballs and coleslaw.
