The U.S. Supreme Court won’t hear an appeal for a South Bend man convicted in the 2014 shooting death of two-year-old John Swoveland Jr.
The toddler was shot and killed while playing in a family member’s yard.
He was hit by a stray bullet fired several blocks away by Robert Griffin during a gang fight at Coquillard Park.
Prosecutors said Bradbury gave the gun used in the shooting to Griffin.
Tyre Bradbury, who was 15 at the time, got 60 years for his role in providing the gun to the shooter.
Last year, his conviction was upheld by the Indiana Supreme Court.
