CHARLOTTE, N.C. – CMPD is investigating an overnight homicide in North Charlotte. It happened just before 11:30 Monday night on Statesville Avenue near Tipton Drive.
Two people were taken to the hospital with gunshot wounds, and one died at the hospital.
This is an ongoing investigation.
