CHARLOTTE — The 3600 block of Providence Road near Cloister Drive is closed in Southeast Charlotte after a traffic accident Monday afternoon.
The car crash happened around 2 p.m. Medic says one person was killed, and a second person was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
A large police presence is on the scene investigated what happened.
