WINSLOW (WGME) -- A car plowed into a home in Winslow Monday after authorities say the driver possibly lost consciousness behind the wheel.
It happened on China Road.
Winslow police say that the driver was heading toward China when he crossed the centerline and went into a ditch.

The car continued on until it came crashing into the office and living room of a home.
Police say no one was home at the time of the crash, only a pair of dogs, and they were not hurt.
There was significant damage to both the car and the house.
"It appears that a middle-aged man had a medical event, left the road, and went across the property and entered the house into the living room," Winslow Fire Deputy Chief Scott Bolduc said.
Firefighters were able to extricate the driver from the car.
His name has not yet been released.
The deputy chief says he was awake and seemed to be doing OK when EMTs took him to the hospital.
There is no word yet on his condition.
