- Officers received a report of criminal mischief in the 1400 block of Evelyn Street. An estimated $8,000 damage was done to a utility pole.

- Officers received a report of harassment in the 900 block of Park Street. A male was sending unwanted messages to a female. Officers warned the male to desist.
- Donald Leroy McChesney, 43, of no fixed abode was arrested on a charge of violation of a protective order.

- Officers received a report of an assault at Tyson Fresh Meats. The incident was referred the to Dallas County Sheriff’s office.
- A 1987 Yamaha, registered to Sarah Mae Ray of 1901 W. Second St., Perry, and driven by Eyan Marshall Brennan of 1901 W. Second St., Perry, collided with a 2014 Subaru Legacy, registered to Martha Angelica Santacruz of 2206 Willis Ave,, Perry, and driven by Sasha Raquel Santacruz of 2206 Willis Ave., Perry. Damage was estimated at $700.
- Smerlin M. Ulloa Pena, 32, of 510 Willis Ave., Perry, was arrested on charges of second-offense OWI and criminal mischief., 2022

- Dimitri Franklyn Oneal Woodruff, 28, of 702 Willis Ave., Perry, was arrested on a Dallas
County warrant for fifth-degree criminal mischief. - Omar Lopez, 42, of 13613 Imperial St., Edinburg, Texas, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication,
- Dagoberto Lopez Barrientos, 18, of 1719 Second St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
