RALEIGH, NC. -The Carolina Hurricanes conclude their preseason schedule with a pair of two games in two days, opening up the set at home on Monday against the Columbus Blue Jackets.

An Important 48 Hours:Following Sunday morning's skate at Invisalign Arena, Head Coach Rod Brind'Amour acknowledged that the next two days are very important for some players in training camp. He noted that the team hadn't decided which way they were going to go on a few roster spots yet, making tonight and tomorrow night's contests imperative for those on the bubble.
Two More For Burns?:Defenseman Brent Burns will play once again for Carolina today, following a two-goal performance in his exhibition debut Saturday. The six-time All-Star logged over 22 minutes of ice time, skating alongside Jaccob Slavin on the way to his two markers.
Father Finn:Antti Raanta is expected get his second outing of the preseason this evening. Entering his tenth professional season in North America, Raanta stopped 20/21 in two periods of work Thursday night.
Roster Trim:The Canes assigned four players to the Chicago Wolves and two more to their respective junior teams on Friday, bringing their team Training Camp roster down to 43. To
