MONTREAL -- The Canadiens' (0-3-1) preseason schedule continues with a matchup against the Maple Leafs (3-0-1) at the Bell Centre.

Here's what you need to know heading into the game:
1. Head coach Martin St-Louis' contingent failed to protect a 4-2 third-period lead on Saturday night in Ottawa and ultimately fell 5-4 to the Senators in overtime. Jake Evans scored twice for Montreal. Rem Pitlick and Justin Barron also lit the lamp in the loss. Goaltender Cayden Primeau made 29 saves. It was Senators' sniper Alex DeBrincat who netted the game-winner just 59 seconds into the extra frame on the power play, beating Primeau with a one-timer. DeBrincat and Shane Pinto had two goals each, while veteran Claude Giroux collected three assists.

2.Following the morning skate, St-Louis confirmed that forwards Josh Anderson and Sean Monahan will make their respective preseason debuts tonight. He also confirmed that Jake Allen will play the entire game.

3. The Maple Leafs haven't played since Friday night when they posted a 6-3 victory over the Senators at CAA Arena in Belleville, ON. Nicholas Robertson had two goals and an assist for Toronto, while Victor Mete, Denis Malgin and Nicolas Aube-Kubel each had a goal and an assist. Goaltender Ilya Samsonov made 18 saves. Robertson and Malgin both have three goals during the preseason.
Head coach Sheldon Keefe's lineup tonight includes the likes of Auston Matthews, Mitch Marner and William Nylander up front, and Mark Giordano and Morgan Rielly on the back end.

4.This marks the second exhibition contest between the two teams. The Maple Leafs blanked the Canadiens 3-0 last Wednesday night at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto. Matt Murray and Erik Kallgren combined for the 27-save shutout. Robertson, Malgin and Nick Abruzzese scored for the home side.
