Peralta exited Sunday's game against the Astros with right hip tightness, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Peralta flied out in lone plate appearance before being removed with the injury. The veteran outfielder should be considered day-to-day, and he could sit out Monday regardless of the injury since lefty Rich Hill is scheduled to pitch for Boston.
