OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) - Police responded to a shooting involving police officers in northwest Oklahoma City on Sunday morning.

Reports say the shooting occurred in the 4000 block of Northwest 18th Street after a suicidal call was made.
Police say the situation escalated to a confrontation when three responding officers fired shots.
The officers involved are on administrative leave. Their names have not been released.
The suspect was taken into surgery at an area hospital.
