The belly-busting Bomber Breakfast is the star of the show at Bomber Restaurant, 306 E. Michigan Ave. in Ypsilanti. The dish features four eggs, at least three pounds of potatoes, toast and either six sausage patties, seven sausage links, two slices of ham or 10 slices of bacon.
Other menu offerings include Cap’n Crunch French toast, crab benedict and an array of omelets. The Bomber Restaurant also has a lunch menu featuring hot dogs, burgers and chili cheese fries.
