Perry Elementary names first set of Bluejay Leaders

The initial group of Bluejay Leaders for the current school year have been selected by the teachers at Perry Elementary. Students are chosen for displaying respectful, responsible and safe behavior at school.

First grade Bluejay Leaders included, at top, Alejandra Hernandez, Mateo Agreda, Leandro Francisco and Faith Nelson. In row two are Harmony Smith, Eli Brown, Brody Pentico and Jerihko George, with Will Adair, Kali Monroy, Caleb Soto and Elliana Hiddlson in the first row.

Jayden Ruedas-Morales, Jacoby Gray, Brynn Menke and Ian Alvarez are in the front row of second grade Bluejay Leaders. Rebecca Soto, Azul Rivera, Alondra Mendez and Colter Friestad are in the middle row, with Jessica Banales, Quentin Mintun, Ethan Grant and Ahryn Cohea in the top row.

Third grade Bluejay Leaders standing in the top row are Taylyn Conrad, Josias Hernandez and Alexander Funes-Salgado, with Drew Adair, Jaxson Sanchez and Jennifer Aguilar in the second row. In front are Mauricio Cerna, Jayden Chapman, Norman Perez and Serenity Edler.

Eight of the 10 fourth graders selected as Bluejay Leaders for August/September pose for their group photo. In front are Thomas Trotter, Belinda Ramirez and Thai Wicks, while Josh Sanchez and Brandol Reyes are in the middle and Afton Meyers, Christian Pineda and Mikal Okubay at rear. The top row of fifth grade Bluejay Leaders includes Maria Lopez, Alejandro Mendez and Bailey Paskert, with Bryson Rothfus, Cayenne Edler, Valentina Medina and Kyran Newman in row two while David Aguilar, Aaralyn Minnehan and Jackson Sass stand in front.
