The Northeast Pennsylvania Cricket Club held a community event today in Kingston Township to invite people who are interested in learning about and playing cricket.
The club plays every week and says since cricket interest seems to be growing in the United States, they are willing to teach anyone.
They have over one hundred playing members and has steadily been growing.
The club is also hoping to get their own field to invite and play other clubs from Philadelphia to D.C.
“Anyone from this area who wants to learn, who wants to play, who just wants to have a good time is more than welcome to come, said Navid Ahmad, the Cofounder of NEPA Cricket Club. We’ll teach.
