GENESEO, NY - The Buffalo State men's cross-country teams competed at the Mike Woods Invitational on Saturday morning, hosted by SUNY Geneseo.

FOR THE BENGAL MEN

• Matt Nelson (Wappingers Falls, NY/John Jay) was the top Bengal finisher, crossing the line of the 8k course in 31:35.4, good for a 6:22 pace.
• Steve Murphy (Buffalo, NY/East Aurora), Gabe Chizzonite (Fayetteville, NY/Fayetteville-Manlius), and Chris Goodlander (Niagara Falls, NY/Niagara-Wheatfield) all ran sub-7:00 pace to round out the Bengals field.
