No knock needed in the Kunis/Kutcher household.
Speaking to E! News recently the “Luckiest Girl Alive” star relayed that there are no closed doors in their abode. “That includes the bathroom,” she added.
It’s just become the norm for the family.
“It’s just one of those (things) where, for better or for worse, as a family, and the kids, have all kind of embodied bodily function as a very standard form,” she said.
This hasn’t always been the case, the “That ‘70s Show” star explained. It’s become a household staple after the births of daughter Wyatt, 7, and son Dimitri, 5.

The kids would knock “every two seconds.”
“I’d never thought that I would be the person that was able to go to the bathroom with the door open,” she said, noting that the kids brought the policy on. “It doesn’t matter if I closed it. It never made a difference.”
Finally, she gave up.
“I was like, ‘Oh, forget it. Just keep the door open.”
This isn’t the first parenting decision from Kunis and Kutcher that has raised some eyebrows. Last year the couple made waves saying they don’t really bathe their children.

Speaking on Dax Shepard’s “Armchair Expert” podcast, Kutcher said, “Here’s the thing, if you can see the dirt on them, clean them. Otherwise, there’s no point.”
