Parkinson Oklahoma 2022 Blitz comes to Ponca City October 7th

The Oklahoma Parkinson’s Alliance is embarking on its seventh annual Parkinson Oklahoma Blitz in the month of October. The nonprofit group will be delivering inspirational and educational events in 22 cities across the state.

On Friday, October 7th, at 2:00pm, Brent LaBiche will present New DBS Technology and Developments for Parkinson’s. The event will take place in the Fireside Room at Hospice of North Central Oklahoma, 445 Fairview Avenue. Parkinson’s patients and family members are welcome to attend.

Oklahoma Parkinson’s Alliance representatives will be present to answer questions. “We currently coordinate 31 support groups around the state, 28 Parkinson-specific exercise groups, 25 speech therapy groups, and over 1600 individuals involved in educational events each year. The mission of the Oklahoma Parkinson’s Alliance is to inspire hope and transform lives for Parkinson’s patients and families in Oklahoma,” according to Bruce McIntyre, CEO.
