Atkinson (upper body) returned to practice Friday, Jordan Hall of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.
Atkinson was held out of Sunday's intra-squad scrimmage due to an upper-body injury, but he now appears to be good to go. The 33-year-old winger picked up 23 goals, 50 points and 215 shots on net through 73 games last campaign.
