A neighbor who didn't want to go on camera told KOCO 5 that his wife, who is an RN, ran to the vehicle right after the collision. She tried to find a pulse on the teenage boys – ages 13 and 15 – but the Oklahoma Highway Patrol said they were pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver and another passenger were taken to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City, where they were treated and released.
