In a city in crisis another attempt at a town hall meeting on a proposed police force at Johns Hopkins university ending in protests again.

People marched through the auditorium and preventing the university from communicating much of their message. This morning city council member Odette Ramos joined us to talk about how things played out during the protest.

He also talked about other universities in the area having private police forces. and whether Hopkins has a case for its own force. During the discussion we also previewed what we can expect from Johns Hopkins third meeting later on tonight.
