A female teenager from Manning was shot fatally earlier in September in a drive-by shooting on Manning Highway in the Salters area.
Several people were injured in the shooting, according to the Williamsburg County Sheriff’s office.
The deceased was Armony Lamb, 19, Williamsburg County Coroner Ivori Henryhand said Wednesday.
On Sept. 17, two vehicles were traveling in the same direction toward Mary Road. One vehicle passed the other and shots were fired into it, according to Williamsburg County Sheriff’s Office investigators.
Lamb died on the scene. Others who were shot were taken to a medical facility, according to a WCSO news release.
The investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
