Friday Football Broadcast Preview for September 30th

It’s week six of the football season. Both Sheldon and Boyden Hull Rock Valley are home this week. Our broadcast coverage features Sheldon hosting Cherokee on KIWA AM 1550 and 100.7 FM. On KIWA FM 105.3 it’s Boyden Hull Rock Valley hosting Sioux Center.

The Orabs take a 3-2 record (1-1) into their homecoming matchup with Cherokee. The Braves are 2-3 for the year (0-2). Sheldon is coming off a road loss to West Lyon while Cherokee dropped a home decision to Central Lyon George Little Rock.

The Orab defense will be tested tonight by the Braves passing game.

As in most games the biggest key will be turn overs.

Boyden Hull Rock Valley 2-3 on the year (0-1) coming off a road loss to Carroll. The Warriors are 1-4 (0-1) after a home loss to Sergeant Bluff Luton last Friday.
