KINGSBURG, Calif. — A 21-year-old man was arrested, accused of selling cannabis vaping pens to minors in Kingsburg.
The Kingsburg Police Department received a report on Wednesday about a teen who was out of control at Rafer Johnson Junior High School. He was found with a vaping pen filled with THC oil.
This prompted a further investigation where several other students were found with the same item on campus.

On Thursday, Tirado was found at his home in Kingsburg and taken into custody.
He is now booked into the Fresno County Jail facing charges of drug sales to minors.
